We are so glad that you chose us to provide for your counselling needs and goals. We are here to support you with your mental health and well-being.
Here are a few things to take note of:
▪️ To book an appointment, you will be asked to create a profile on this platform.
▪️ Please make sure to click “Intake Forms” in your client profile to ensure all necessary forms have been completed.
▪️ We require a credit card or debit/credit card on file to reserve your session time. Please add to your profile/account.
▪️ We currently do not offer direct billing. Clients are required to pay at the end of their session and will receive a receipt to submit to their insurance company of choice.
▪️ Online counselling is available to individuals living in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Nunavut, Saskatchewan, NWT, and Yukon.
▪️ If you cannot keep the scheduled appointment, please notify our office to cancel or reschedule the appointment 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. If you do not show up to your appointment or cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you will be responsible for paying a late cancellation or no show fee.
▪️ For immediate help, emergencies, or crisis support, please contact 911 or go to the closest emergency room/hospital. You can dial 211 for mental health resources near to you.

Book a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation with our intake coordinator to learn more about our therapy services.
Please note that after scheduling, you will be prompted to complete a short consultation questionnaire to help us understand your goals for therapy.

Adult Counselling
Individual counseling provides a confidential and supportive space for you to explore personal challenges, emotions, and goals.
Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, relationship issues, a chronic health condition, or personal growth, our therapists will work with you to develop strategies and insights tailored to your needs.
Youth Counselling
Individual counselling provides a safe and supportive space for teenagers to explore their feelings, navigate challenges, and build coping skills.
Whether dealing with stress, anxiety, peer relationships, a chronic health condition, or self-esteem, our therapists will work with your teen to promote emotional growth and well-being. Help your teen develop confidence and resilience with personalized, compassionate support.
*Please note we are currently accepting clients between the ages of 13-17 years old. We also consent from both parents/caregivers before services can be provided.
Relationship Counselling
Relationship counselling helps partners improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationship.
Whether you're facing challenges with trust, intimacy, or navigating life transitions together, our therapists will guide you both in fostering understanding, empathy, and connection.
